The University of Cincinnati seeks to hire an Executive Director to lead the UC Real Estate Center. The UC Real Estate Center has an established national reputation for excellence in its academic programs, research, and professional outreach. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic leadership team focused on growing the impact and presence of the Center and academic program on a national stage as the University embarks on its Next Lives Here Capital Campaign. The UC Real Estate Center is located within the nationally ranked Lindner College of Business and this position combines the opportunity to coordinate the interaction of real estate industry leaders, government officials, faculty, and university students. The Executive Director will report to the Head of the Department of Finance and the Senior Director for Lindner Centers and Institutes. The position is for can be between 30 hours per week (75% FTE) 40 hours per week (100% FTE), and includes health and other benefits. It may be possible for someone holding this position to participate directly in classroom education through an affiliated adjunct professor role in the Lindner College of Business. Such responsibilities will be treated separately from this role and will be negotiated directly with the Academic Director of Real Estate and Head of the Finance Department. Such a role may include service on Lindner College committees dealing with teaching and academic program development. This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri-state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies. Essential Functions

Bachelor's Degree Required Experience
Seven (7) years of management experience that must include three (3) years of supervision. Additional Qualifications Considered
A suitable candidate will have an advanced degree in finance, real estate or business administration, and have at least 10 years of professional experience in a commercial real estate related industry. An ideal candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication skills, work in collaborative teams, and be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with partners in the academic and business community.
