Job Summary B&A is looking for a Senior Software/Application Developer to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. In this role, you will oversea the designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and security standards. Responsibilities * Design and Development: Designing and developing software applications to meet user needs, including front-end, back-end, and database integration. * Coding and Testing: Writing, testing, and debugging code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and quality standards. * Maintenance and Updates: Maintaining and updating existing software, addressing bugs, improving performance, and integrating new features. * Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, contributing to project planning, and ensuring successful project delivery. * Collaboration: Collaborating with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and implement solutions. * Documentation: Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for software applications, including code comments, diagrams, and user manuals. Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology Required Skills 10 years' experience in designing and implement Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solutions. Desired Skills * Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III, * Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Baseline Requirements any of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP Security Clearance
