Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Varicent systems.
• Develop and implement Varicent reports to deliver actionable insights for business collaborators.
• Develop and maintain data integration solutions using Varicent and SQL to ensure seamless data flow.
• Apply JavaScript ES5/ES6 and JQuery to enhance webform designs and improve user experience.
• Configure Varicent architecture to optimize system performance and support business needs.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment of Varicent configurations with business objectives.
• Provide technical support and resolving for Varicent systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Implement incentive compensation management strategies to drive sales and marketing efforts.
• Apply domain expertise in distribution management and agency management to improve Varicent solutions.
• Supervise and evaluate the efficiency of Varicent configurations in achieving business goals.
• Conduct training sessions for collaborators to improve the utilization of Varicent technologies.
• Document system processes and configurations to maintain an extensive knowledge base.

Required Qualifications

• Possess deep technical skills in Varicent reports and data integration.
• Show strength in SQL and JavaScript ES5/ES6 for effective system development.
• Have experience in webform design using JQuery to improve user interfaces.
• Show expertise in Varicent architecture and configuration for efficient system performance.
• Understand incentive compensation management to drive business success.
• Experience in distribution management and sales & marketing is helpful.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for the position is between $60,325- $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
