Summary
This role will support the Chief Transformation Officer to set the strategy and develop an integrated transformation roadmap in preparation for Chobani's next phase of profitable growth. S/he will be responsible for leading and executing key transformation projects, ranging from M&A, capital structure, growth expansion, digital / technology. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional business leaders and external advisors / consultants to drive successful outcome and minimize risks of key initiatives. S/he will also own the project management office as we integrate all key transformation initiatives onto one roadmap to help the organization manage and pace the investments, allocate resources and manage change. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, thinks strategically with a bias for action, organized and yet can be agile. Responsibilities

Compensation Range:$203,000.00-$304,000.00, plus bonus. |
