Here's what you'd do:

• The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects, maintaining consistency with company standards, commitments, and quality.
• The Senior Project Manager is also needed to manage the detailing teams.
• Maintain projects and coordinate rebar shop drawings and material releases.
• Communicate with the customers to ensure timely submittals and delivery.
• Interpret structural drawings and relay its intent to design teams.
• Review rebar shop drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Review project specifications and communicate with the detailing team to ensure quality and project requirements are met.
• Coordinate project activity with production and billing department.
• Maintain project status documents and project reports.
• Manage project budget and materials, to maintain profitability.
• Creation, control, and record keeping of project documents.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Minimum 5 years of rebar detailing, construction field engineering, or structural design experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction methods and blueprint reading.
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Industrial with Rebar (metal fittings to strengthen concrete) experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Total project management from budget, structural drawing on large high rises to ordering rebar, concrete experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Document Control and Data entry.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Critical thinking skills and deductive reasoning abilities.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, adapt to shifting priorities.
• Good time management and self-discipline.
• Clear verbal communication for effective interaction with teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Ability to read a computer screen for extended periods.
• Capability to interpret detailed text, charts, graphs, and project timelines.

• Ability to sit at a desk for long durations (with breaks, as needed).
• Adequate hearing to participate in virtual meetings and phone calls.
