Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a client-focused environment? We're looking for a motivated and organized Staff Accountant to join our client's team and contribute to both their internal accounting functions and the delivery of exceptional service to clients. If you're ready to grow your career in a collaborative office setting, then this opportunity is for you!

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/yr.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform general accounting duties: post to the general ledger, manage spreadsheets, enter data in QuickBooks, and handle payroll.
  • Assist managers with client communications and proposal preparation.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, conduct research, and participate in planning and consulting.
  • Mentor staff and interns and participate in professional development and networking.
  • Interpret trust documents, wills, and business operating agreements.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Creative Solutions, and UltraTax.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
