Because while we may not be at a patient's bedside, their health is still in our hands. Spacelabs is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing primary administrative and organizational support to the President of Spacelabs and other Senior leadership members. Duties will include document management, account tracking, assisting with travel planning, preparing documents for meetings, maintaining files and general office support. This individual will require excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They will handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. In addition, they will collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings for Senior staff and outside individuals. This individual will work on problems of diverse scope where evaluation of identifiable factors is needed. The successful candidate will exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
