Every other weekend and holiday are required, along with hard to fill days. GENERAL SUMMARY Under the supervision of a nurse, provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Completes assigned nursing orders as directed by preceptor, including assisting patient with activities of daily living and taking vital signs. Observes patient status and responses. Documents and reports observations to preceptor or other appropriate staff. Assists preceptor with development of care plan by reporting test results and patient observations. Performs other tasks as assigned. Including environmental services and preparing/transporting patients for diagnostic services. Every other weekend and holidays are required (along with hard to fill days). EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. High School diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer. Must provide transcripts upon date of hire. PREFERENCES Graduation from a nursing school within 12-18 months in good standing. Starting Date: June 9th, 2025 Required orientation the first week. 6/9 - Attend virtual orientation 6/12 & 6/13 All Day orientation This will be held at the Warren location. 6/16 - day Orientation - Morning This will be held at the Warren location.
