  • Build and maintain productive relationships with resident services teams, lenders, investors, housing agencies, and community partners
  • Conduct regular property visits to evaluate team engagement, operational efficiency, physical conditions, and compliance adherence
  • Support the resolution of operational challenges and provide hands-on leadership when needed
  • Implement training initiatives and ensure the use of Standard Operating Procedures across the team
  • Uphold and promote a values-driven culture across all locations
  • Respond to escalated resident concerns in a professional, timely, and service-oriented manner

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in the Arizona affordable housing market, with established relationships with local agencies and partners
  • Arizona Real Estate License required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with RealPage OneSite preferred
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets and analyze performance metrics
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, navigate high-pressure environments, and manage strong personalities
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and availability to travel regularly throughout the state (including overnight travel as needed)
  • Must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record that meets company standards
  • Availability to respond to urgent situations after hours
