Overview

The Senior Alliance Manager is responsible for driving growth within assigned Global Systems Integrator(s).

About this role: Hyland is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Alliance Manager to lead and grow our partnerships with key Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte, and others. In this role, you will be responsible for developing joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, driving co-sell opportunities, and aligning executive stakeholders across both organizations to accelerate pipeline growth and strategic outcomes.



What you will be doing

    Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to and deepen the relationship with the most complex strategic Global Systems Integrators (GSIs)
  • Facilitate and clearly define how Hyland and the partner collaborate to create value for both organizations and the shared customer
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans including solution alignment, enablement, co-marketing, and co-selling activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Executive Leadership to activate GSI partnerships across regions and verticals.
  • Drive pipeline development and deal acceleration through joint account planning, sales engagement, and field alignment.
  • Work closely with GSI alliance leads to position Hyland's solutions as preferred technologies in their offerings.
  • Manage executive-to-executive engagement, ensuring regular communication, business reviews, and strategic alignment.
  • Track, measure, and report on partnership KPIs including pipeline influenced, sourced revenue, partner-sourced deals, and joint wins.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor both internally and externally on how to engage and scale with GSIs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to the Sales team and Hyland colleagues; consult on market trends and best practices
  • Create strategic business plans for Partners that satisfy mutually agreed upon goals and objectives; communicate business plans to Sales management and provide quarterly updates
  • Identify coordinate and track leads through partners; collaborate with field sales team to identify appropriate solutions
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy


What will make you successful

  • 10+ years of experience in alliances, business development, or strategic partnerships, with a focus on GSIs.
  • The ideal candidate comes from a like ISV with a history of successfully navigating and co-selling with targets GSI(s)
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at firms like Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, Cognizant, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales, channel GTM, and partner co-sell models.
  • Ability to influence at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and program management skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, ECM, cloud, or enterprise software industries is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of GSI organizational make-up and motivations
  • Significant experience starting, developing, and monetizing partner alliances
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage work to completion with minimal oversight
  • Up to 50% travel time required

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $142,000-213,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
