Responsibilities

As our Facilities Manager, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Here's a sneak peek at your exciting responsibilities:

  • Team Leader Extraordinaire: Supervise our amazing housekeeping and maintenance staff! You'll be involved in everything from hiring and training to scheduling and performance appraisals. Your leadership will keep the team motivated and on track!

  • Utility Wizard: Maintain and oversee all essential utilities, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and more. You'll ensure everything is in tip-top shape and ready to go!

  • Handyman Hero: Dive into general facility maintenance and repairs, from carpentry to painting. If something needs fixing, you'll be the go-to person!

  • Outdoor Enthusiast: Manage landscaping, snow removal, and other exterior needs to keep our facility looking its best year-round.

  • Safety Champion: Ensure fire code compliance by conducting drills, maintaining alarm systems, and overseeing fire suppression systems. Your vigilance will keep everyone safe!

  • Contractor Coordinator: Build and maintain relationships with outside contractors. You'll obtain proposals, ensure work is completed to our high standards, and keep everything on schedule.

  • Vehicle Virtuoso: Oversee the maintenance and safety checks of our vehicles. You'll keep them fueled, documented, and ready for action!

  • Mail Maestro: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring everything is sorted and distributed efficiently. You'll even manage our FedEx account for those urgent shipments!

  • Supply Superhero: Keep our facility stocked with all the operational supplies we need. From cleaning supplies to office essentials, you'll make sure we never run out!


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years' facilities maintenance management experience.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations.
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of Joint Commission regulatory standards and practices.
  • Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Calendaring, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
