Human Resources Generalist Job Location
US-HI-Honolulu
Overview POSITION SUMMARY The HR Generalist will provide support with daily functions of the Human Resources department. Provides policy and procedure guidance to employees and managers. Performs data entry in various HR information systems. Responsibilities ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administer and facilitate Workers Compensation and Leave of Absence programs. This includes state-specific coordination if needed.
Qualifications BASIC REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Experience: At least 4 years of current experience working in multiple areas of the human resources function. Current knowledge and experience interpreting and applying federal and state laws and regulations as they apply to position. At least 4 years' experience working in a multi-state environment. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, HRIS, ATS, and Timekeeping systems ADP, Kronos Dimensions, and iCIMS a plus ADDITIONAL SKILLS & ABILITIES
