General Responsibilities Responsible for performing a variety of duties to meet the commercial services needs of business customers; expanding business banking reach in the market served; servicing existing clients through the bank's relationship management program; working with branch partners; achieving customer service goals as established in the Bank's business objectives; complying with operating policies and procedures established for the commercial services function; communicating with appropriate personnel; responding to inquiries or requests for information; maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports.
