PLANT MANAGER
Matheson
specializes in the manufacture and distribution of dry ice and liquid carbon
dioxide. The company is also the nation's largest distributor of dry ice
blasting equipment. Matheson maintains
a reliable network of 40 dry ice distribution facilities located strategically throughout
its service area. This integrated distribution network ensures that Matheson
can quickly react to customers' needs.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's
degree in Engineering preferred (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear)
Strong
commitment to Safety - 8+ year's progressive experience in manufacturing
management and leadership. Military Experience including Navy Nuclear Program
is a Plus. Understand and follow established product quality procedures and guidelines
to ensure customers are receiving expected quality and purity of product -
Ability to manage production schedules. Effective communicator able to provide
positive morale. Mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills
