The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers, policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence, strengthening client retention, and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer. Role Description: Imagine yourself leading growth initiatives at a strategic level, driving collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and Client Engagement teams. As Director of Revenue Optimization and Strategic Engagement, you will align revenue strategy and execution with organizational goals, using data-driven insights and customer segmentation to identify key opportunities. You'll oversee the entire customer journey, optimize broker relationships, and lead process improvements to ensure superior client experiences. You will also champion the adoption of advanced technologies like Salesforce and predictive analytics platforms, all while collaborating cross-functionally with leaders in Finance, Product, Underwriting, and Marketing. In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $210,000.
