*Description*
* This company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. * Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both. * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. * Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. * Customer service, Collection, Patient account, Medical collections, Medicare, Medicaid, Health care, Medical billing, Accounts receivable *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. * 2+ years customer service related experience required in Healthcare setting * MAJOR PLUS IF PREVIOUSLY WORKED FOR PROVIDER OR HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE * Must be open to 8Am - 7 PM M-F *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
