POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
This role is responsible for identifying, monitoring and reporting consumer compliance risks and developing and implementing controls associated with Republic Credit Solutions (RCS) products and related third parties pursuant to the RCS Oversight Program. This includes, but is not limited to, independently performing oversight of the program, developing and documenting key risk indicator reporting, and working directly with partners, the business unit and Compliance as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
*Three years loan operations/servicing experience required.
*Demonstrated knowledge of consumer compliance regulations related to credit products (e.g., FCRA, UDAAP, ECOA, SCRA, TILA), required.
*Experience with audits and/or compliance testing preferred.
*Experience with credit reporting preferred.
*Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*Third Party Monitoring - 50%
Perform regular and ongoing third-party monitoring.
Develop and maintain monitoring reports, procedures, and workpapers.
Work directly with new program managers to implement required monitoring and report development.
Validate third party monitoring to ensure accurate key risk indicator reporting.
Work directly with Compliance and program managers to execute monthly monitoring surveys, escalate issues, and respond to inquiries.
*Third Party Oversight -30%
Implement and perform oversight of third parties' evolving regulatory compliance requirements, as applicable to RCS programs.
Demonstrate an understanding of specific RCS program compliance requirements and effectively communicate them to third parties.
Develop testing of RCS products to ensure correct implementation and operation.
Participate in ongoing training to further develop knowledge of regulatory consumer compliance requirements as they pertain to RPG programs.
Maintain updated monitoring inventories.
*Other Responsibilities - 20%
Assist with regulatory exams, audits and compliance testing requests as required.
Assist with drafting Risk Control Matrix for each RCS product/program and update as needed.
Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
