KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Solutions Management to join our Managed Services practice.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop the Managed Services target operating model (TOM) and service delivery model, working with business SMEs to define delivery models, business cases, and solution artifacts
  • Guide team members on alternative outsourcing models, including as-a-service and managed services, advising on how to apply each to optimize client value
  • Manage a team of onshore and offshore KGS solution managers, ensuring adherence to the defined solution management and managed services operating model
  • Create solution project plans and roadmaps, track and report on deliverables, status, risks, issues, decisions, and project financials, including profits and losses
  • Support the solutions team in driving the day-to-day management of deliverables for a cross-functional team across product engineering, service delivery, and go-to-market activities
  • Perform quality reviews on existing solutions, ensuring required artifacts have been created, and report progress through various status and business reviews
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in product management, project management, solution development, requirements analysis, business analysis, lead architect, and/or solution delivery for a technology services company in a highly technical and fast-paced delivery environment, including twelve months of experience in providing client services (consulting experience)
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from an accredited college/universty with course of study in product management, solution development, engineering, computer science, business management, or business information systems
  • Strong analytical and judgment skills with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Profound project management skills and the ability to present work to executive stakeholders
  • Skills in areas such as Product Management, Product Development, Strategy and Transformation Consulting, Business Process Consulting - Tech General, Business Intelligence/Information Management/Data Analytics, Digital Design is required
  • Ability to travel as necessary
