Data collection for all upcoming appointments to facilitate workflow of clinic. Electronically seek out and obtain all reports for testing previously ordered for 8 providers, multiple locations. High volume, Fast paced, Deadline-oriented clinical office environment.

This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm PST. Shift will be assigned upon start. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2010 Wellness Way, Suite 200 Las Vegas, NV.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Request records from Primary Physicians for all new patients and new diagnosis.
  • Obtain reports from various Radiology and Laboratory facilities.
  • Place orders online for patients that were noncompliant.
  • Notify and reschedule appointments for non-compliant patients.
  • Obtain all hospital records and follow office protocol for in office visits.
  • Obtain Operative Reports and Pathology reports for Post Operative appointments.
  • Work office task box obtaining records for various departments.
  • Facilitate office workflow obtaining records as patients are in office.
  • Verify urologic protocol met for referrals, obtain missing reports.
  • Obtain all current labs for existing patients ordered by primary care physicians.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:



  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent yrs of experience
  • Must be 18+ years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience working in medical office
  • Able to perform complex tasks including test/treatments within the clinical scope. Knowledge of urologic conditions and expected testing.
  • Able to coordinate the consensus needed to achieve the medical plan for the patient.
  • Experience with computers and Windows based applications
  • Ability to work onsite at 2010 Wellness Way, Suite 200 Las Vegas, NV.
  • Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm PST. Shift will be assigned upon start.

  • Medical assistance experience

The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
