They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Facilities/Event Support. Job Summary Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to provide comprehensive event and facilities support. This role involves a variety of tasks including setting up event spaces, managing supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities * *Event Setup:* Reset tables and chairs in large meeting rooms, manage power connections, and change linens on side tables. * *Supply Management:* Restock fridges, snack carts, and supplies in food service areas and meeting rooms. Manage deliveries and stock supply rooms. * *Facilities Maintenance:* Coordinate and execute work orders for setting up event centers, relocating workstations, and addressing furniture repairs and removals. * *Collaboration:* Work closely with the Property Management team and workplace vendors to ensure efficient facilities operations. Qualifications * *Education:* High school diploma * *Skills:* * Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite * Ability to read and follow written instructions * Attention to detail and tidiness * Reliable and able to work independently * Capable of standing and walking for extended periods * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse audience * High degree of trust and integrity Additional Information * *Employee Value Proposition:* This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a new event space. The role offers the ability to work independently with some flexibility in hours. * *Work Environment:* You will be working in a new event space at our headquarters in Bellevue, primarily independently. *Experience Level* Entry Level - Intermediate We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
