Lead .NET Full stack Developer (Hybrid)

Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and skilled Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to join our team, an individual with strong proficiency with .NET framework and related technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC), and extensive experience with SQL Server and SSIS.

Job Location: Louisville, KY

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and architect enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
• Develop and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, performance and security of applications.
• Lead and mentor development teams provide technical guidance and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Key Qualifications:

• With 9+ years of experience
• Design and architect enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies.
• Develop and manage ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, performance and security of applications.
• Lead and mentor development teams provide technical guidance and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with .NET framework and related technologies (C# ASP.NET MVC).
• Extensive experience with SQL Server and SSIS.
• Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes).
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
