JOB OVERVIEW: This position will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing growth marketing initiatives. This role collaborates with teams across customer acquisition, content, analytics, sales, business partners, agencies, and contractors to deliver impactful marketing campaigns that drive revenue. The ideal candidate is results-driven, team-oriented, and creatively focused. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute marketing initiatives, including developing and optimizing ads, media, and driving micro- and macro-conversions (e.g., engagements, clicks, transactions, form fills) across multiple channels.
- Develop campaign elements, including product/service selection, creative, messaging, content, customer insights, and business partner engagement.
- Collaborate with acquisition team leaders to optimize campaign components for channels such as digital, email, social, print, display, SEO, PPC, events, and direct mail.
- Provide timely, relevant campaign reporting and proactively adjust underperforming campaigns to improve performance.
- Monitor lead flow, lead quality, and track revenue from marketing efforts.
- Optimize existing tracking capabilities through CRM systems.
- Lead meetings, manage agendas, and ensure follow-through on next steps, including communication and calendaring in partnership with leadership.
- Prepare and present campaign strategy and results to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Support sales enablement and events, including generating and updating sales collateral and coordinating local events as well as printing materials for conferences.
- Support sales enablement by creating specific content and distribution of sales collateral.
- Facilitate, encourage, and support the organic social media strategy.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the financial (banking / wealth management, equipment finance) or related services industry with duties including copywriting and creating marketing collateral (e.g., emails, social ads, banners, brochures, and signage).
- Work experience within dental, medical, veterinary, construction (design / build), practice finance, equipment finance, or practice acquisition is preferred.
- Proficient in Wordpress, MarTech, digital marketing, and campaign processes.
- Proficient in measuring digital campaign effectiveness, with experience in Google Analytics and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on Excel experience (pivot tables, charts, formulas, and vlookups).

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. Including 2 years of marketing experience in the financial (banking / wealth management, equipment finance) or related services industry with duties including copywriting and creating marketing collateral (e.g., emails, social ads, banners, brochures, and signage). PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $61,812-84,992 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
