Position Summary The Executive Director (ED) will work with the Guild Board of Directors to implement the strategic direction and will execute it with Guild members and MFB staff and provide a visionary mindset to move the organization forward. The ED will be responsible for overseeing all operations, programs, and initiatives while fostering relationships with Guild members, MFB leadership and staff and the broader community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rehabilitation, a commitment to helping individuals with disabilities, and the ability to connect with and motivate Guild members.
