OVERVIEW: The Clean and Sober Shelter provides a safe, structured, and closely monitored environment for unsheltered single adults experiencing homelessness. With a recovery-focused orientation, the shelter offers secure sleeping spaces, nutritious meals, and comprehensive case management to support participants in achieving housing stability. The Supervisor reports to the Clean and Sober Shelter Program Manager and supports the program operations of the 60-bed facility. The goal of the program is to support participants transition to from residential drug treatment to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. *Please note that role is not set to begin until June 2025* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Bachelors (preferred)
Experience
3 years: Experience in social services management, preferably in shelter or recovery-oriented environment serving adults with behavioral health challenges, and/or with populations with significant barriers to self-sufficiency (preferred)
