About the Role

Enterprise Business Services is National Grid's shared service organisation that operates core end-to-end processes on behalf of the global functions and operates Engineering Services on behalf of the business units.
We have a great opportunity for a Business Change Lead to support our Record to Report in their change landscape, notably in the US with our NextGen ERP programme implementation.

The Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage in a sustainable way.
This role focuses on working with partners across EBS to manage the Record to Report side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully embedded across EBS.

What You'll Do

* Change Strategy and Case for Change: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
* Communications and Engagement: Develop a communications strategy and approach. Deliver communications that inform and engage stakeholders about the change. Ensure that messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with the overall change strategy.
* Business Readiness: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Develop and implement plans to ensure the organization is ready for the change.
* Training and Capability Uplift: Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs. Ensure that training materials are aligned with the change management strategy.
* Business Adoption and Benefits Realisation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Change Governance and Planning: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives. Conduct readiness assessments to assess the size, nature, and impact of organizational change.

What You'll Need

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
* Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification with a strong understanding of the CCMP framework and its application in change management.
* Proven experience in change management, preferably within a large organization.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Annual Salary

$141,000-$166,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
