We are currently seeking an exceptional Project Manager here at Incora.

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of projects including managing the project goals and scope, managing project risks, providing guidance to other individuals on the project, working proactively with stakeholders, customers, and subject matters as well as being able to motivate the delivery team.

About You:

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of a project (plan, design, execute, monitor and control)
  • Meet the project's goals on time and within budget
  • Manage the link between solution development teams, infrastructure teams and stakeholders
  • Manages a broad range of projects through full lifecycle from shaping through to closure.
  • Prepares and maintains project documentation, project plans and track activities against the plans e.g., Work Requests, Cost Estimates, Business Cases, Project Briefs, Project Initiation Documents, Project Plans, CAPEX / OPEX Forecasts, Exception Reports, Change Requests, Project Closure Reports etc.
  • Provides a 'value for money' service in terms of standards, quality, efficiency, safety, performance, and cost effectiveness.
  • Monitors project costs, timescales and resources used, and acts where these deviate from agreed tolerances
  • Advises and influences stakeholders up to senior management level.
  • Manages the quality of delivery. Implement the quality management plan to ensure that work is being performed according to required quality standards
  • Works closely and effectively with development teams
  • Delivers projects on time and to budget
  • 3-5 years project management experience
  • Data modelling experience preferred but not required
  • Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience)
  • Relevant PM certifications
  • Experience owning full-lifecycle projects
  • Ability to effectively work with and manage technical teams
  • Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and translate to others
  • Ability to surface, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
  • Ability to adapt style and approach to meet the needs of different audiences
  • Ability to multi-task, strategic and tactical thinker
  • Hands-on and self-motivated
