*Job Summary: *
This position is a sr. level principal position within the PMO with overall responsibility for the management of one highly complex or enterprise-wide program consisting of multiple projects. Responsible for managing all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of the program. Provides daily work direction and mentors a team of project managers and/or other project management staff for a program with 2-6 projects *Top Skills' Details* 1. Experience in doing Program manager for supply chain in an enterprise level experience 2. 8+ years of experience as a program manager 3. Needs to be able to work through multiple workstreams and have examples doing this 4. Lead data migrations 5. Good communication skills will be working closely with the business. PMP Certification *REQUIREMENTS: * * Experience with driving/managing IT projects that deal with Product delivery and product management lifecycle projects. * Experience in driving large scale CRM, ERP, Mainframe, Billing, and custom applications leveraging SDLC methodologies such as Oracle, SAP, SalesForce, etc * Experience in specific ERP leveraged in utilities industry such as Oracle Customer to Meter, Meter Data Management, Understanding of customer journey mapping * Experience with technology solutions tools, software, field data acquisition, data management, customer experience digitization, data analytics, and work management strategies. * Knowledge of the key elements of a digital marketing, including Paid Media (PPC, Display, Social Paid, CPM, etc.), Conversion Rate Optimization, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing and Analytics. * High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project * Proficiency in the use of Clarity PPM to manage programs and projects * High-level of proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
