How You'll Contribute to the Team: The Regional Vice President (RVP), Compliance and Quality Control is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of standard operating procedures across the DOD housing portfolio, providing support to the RVPs of Operations, Operations Directors, and Facilities Directors charged with day-to-day execution. This role is responsible for ensuring appropriate operational systems, processes, and controls are in place to successfully meet the objectives of the Quality Control program. The ability to support the Community teams to achieve and maintain quality and compliance requirements that are aligned with contractual obligations and partnership and resident expectations is at the forefront of this role. Exceptional Benefits for Exceptional Team Members The salary range for this position is estimated to be $180,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and work location.
