Senior Manager IT - Data & Analytics (Hybrid)

This is a hybrid role that can only be hired in Jacksonville, FL or Morristown, NJ.

This position will lead Data & Analytics team within Information Technology (IT) supporting Lending & Equipment finance domain. The role requires technical and managerial expertise in driving analytics solutions that will enhance business experience and deliver on projects. The role is a thought leader empowering and inspiring team(s) to achieve business and career goals

Technical Expertise - Hands on technical expert with capability to build , architect and manage reporting and data systems. Should be able guide team on Data & reporting architecture, standards, Governance, Best practices, and implementation. Expertise on various BI Tools like Power BI, Tableau, SSRS similar tools. Hands on modelling experience in Data Lakes , Data Modelling, Data Warehousing and ETL tools like Microsoft SQL Server Integration services . Ability to imagine and implement best-of-class self-service and automated solutions. Strong SQL, Analytical and data presentation skills are core to this role

Lead & Manage - Establish and monitor expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to IT policies, standards, procedures, and efficiencies to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development. Ensures bank needs are met through prioritization and resource utilization. Lead with call to action, clear ambiguity and deliver results rather than wait on sidelines.

Project Management -Data driven leader that delivers though measurable KPIs and SLA's. Provides direction and oversight to IT projects and products. Ensures that team deliverables comply with all appropriate configuration, change controls, and security standards. Experience in Agile methods and continuous delivery though CI/CD tools.

Communication: Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with ability to organize and manage technical and business stakeholder communication across multiple departments and with the team. Work with senior management, peers, cross department teams to listen, understand and appropriately adapt to changing business needs . Assist the team to navigate providing clarity and direction to achieve their desired potential.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Applications development, analysis or engineering

License or Certification Type: Skill(s): Previous leadership for technical implementation, Knowledge of Standard Development Life Cycles (like Waterfall or Agile), Knowledge of system and data design

Preferred Skills:

• 4+ years of management experience in leading a team of data/reporting developers
• 8+ Years developing, architecting , managing enterprise data and reporting application systems
• Experience /certification in Reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI , OBIEE, Tableau, Snowflake
• Experience/Certifications is any ETL tools or language - Preferably SSIS OR DataStage/Informatica/Python
• Experience in Banking, Equipment Lending/Leasing/Finance domains.
• Experience in using Enterprise applications like Infolease, Salesforce, Pega, Automation, AI.
• Certification on Data Architectures, Frameworks, Governance etc. like TOGAF
• PMP, Agile, Six Sigma certifications are good to have.
