Salary Range: $62,000 - $65,000 Join the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova Team as a F&B Restaurant Manager We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to lead our F&B Restaurant Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, fostering employee satisfaction, and thriving in a collaborative team environment. A solid understanding of food, wine, and spirits is essential. The successful candidate must have experience working within budget guidelines and be flexible with their schedule, including availability on nights and weekends. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience managing an upscale restaurant is required, and hotel experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities: As the Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and assist in managing other F&B outlets, including Banquets and Starbucks.
