Position: Home Healthcare Liaison Sales Benefits: AccordCare Home Health's benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance (group and voluntary options), and disability insurance (group and voluntary options). Eligibility for these benefits occurs on the first of the month following your first day of employment. You will be granted 120 hours of PTO per annum (accrued per pay period). You are immediately eligible for all remaining paid holidays this year, $50 cell phone allowance paid monthly, and .50 cents per mile. What You'll Do Be the friendly face that guides families through their transition into receiving Home Care Services Build and maintain key relationships, driving brand awareness and acquiring new clients Establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources, emphasizing long-term business You'll showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills by connecting with individuals, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless admission process Your keen eye for detail will shine as you coordinate with various departments to create an admissions process that meet the clients' needs Maintain a working knowledge of AccordCare Home Health's requirements and obligations Drives synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal team The Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field Excellent customer service and sales skills Strong analytical skills for informed decision-making Current driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory Flexible, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented Stellar Communication Skills: Whether it's speaking with families, collaborating with team members, or liaising with external partners, your exceptional communication skills foster strong relationships and builds trust Qualifications Motivations Ability to Make an Impact - Inspired to perform well by the ability to contribute to the success of a project or the organization Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
