Outside Sales - Bearings and Power Transmission

Location: Fargo, ND

Interstate Bearing Systems is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our Fargo, ND team. We are a proven leader in the bearing and power transmission industry, and we're looking for someone who's ready to grow with us.

• Travel within a defined territory to develop and manage customer relationships.
• Promote and sell products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers.
• Secure orders, negotiate contracts, and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
• Work closely with an established inside sales and support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 1-3 years of sales or industry experience preferred.
• Maintenance or mechanical background is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with solid communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Clear driving record and willingness to travel (including overnight).
