Job Description

We are seeking a Director Product Manager, Technical Evangelism to play a critical role in driving technical thought leadership and strategic engagement across our Sales Engineers, Demo Teams, Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. This individual will serve as the bridge between technical innovation and go-to-market execution, ensuring alignment, scalability, and industry leadership. The ideal candidate possesses deep industry expertise, technical acumen, and familiarity with the competitive landscape. They are a strategic thinker with a "Think Big" mentality-not just solving problems but designing repeatable programs and scalable motions that drive adoption and impact. This role requires strong program management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence senior leadership. While this position does not have direct reports, it demands a leadership mindset, working with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Evangelize and foster a "builder mindset" across teams to drive innovation and solution-oriented selling.
  • Must be comfortable working with APIs to build, extend, and enhance platform capabilities.
  • Drive Demo Excellence: Partner with Go-to-Market teams to design and deliver impactful, customer-focused demonstrations that accelerate sales cycles and enhance technical storytelling.
  • Align with Field Leadership: Engage regularly with Sales Engineering leaders to align on opportunities, share roadmap insights, gather feedback, and shape enablement strategies.
  • Translate & Advocate: Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate technical capabilities into business value for Sales, Marketing, and customer audiences.
  • Support Product Marketing: Contribute to messaging, pitch decks, training, and thought leadership content-ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Engage with Customers & Partners: Deliver demos and presentations to strategic customers and partners; represent the company at events and executive briefings.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Provide real-world feedback, escalate critical issues, and support innovation initiatives that influence roadmap priorities.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, solution architecture, technical evangelism, or a similar leadership function in CX/EX Space.
  • Experience working in high-growth, startup-like environments or scaling business units.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in cloud, SaaS, AI, or other relevant technology domains.
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to articulate differentiators effectively.
  • Ability to think beyond immediate problem-solving to build scalable, repeatable programs.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Unwavering trustworthiness and discretion-this role requires handling highly confidential and strategic matters.
  • A people-first, positive attitude-someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and enabling success across teams.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Asana or Monday.com.
  • A humble, hands-on, team-first mindset-no task is too big or too small.

The pay range for this opportunity is from $119,500 to $161,600 + bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies.
