Directs and supervises front office staff in daily operations of medical practice.

REQUIRED

1. High School diploma, equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education.
2. Five (5) years of leadership experience

PREFERRED

1. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
2. Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
3. Ability to manage time of self and others.
4. Good Verbal and written communication skills
5. Basic math skills
