Description
The Business Performance Manager is responsible for managing business processes within engine sales and providing the overall framework and structure for efficiency. This individual evaluates, designs, measures, monitors, and controls business processes related to engine sales and works to ensure they align with strategic goals and objectives, control standardizations, and are sustainable.
The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; Participate in ongoing self- development. Essential Functions:
