The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a dedicated Group Product Manager to join the Adobe Stock team to help continue our path in becoming the preeminent marketplace for all stock content by helping customers find, share and save the content they need. With your strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and track record of delivering customer value you will guide a team of product managers to deliver exceptional experiences that craft the future of finding content.

What you'll Do
  • Lead the product management efforts to drive a cohesive strategy, vision, and roadmap across the teams that deliver the Search and Discovery, and Collaboration experiences on Adobe Stock.
  • Develop and implement ambitious product strategies that align with the Stock vision, delivering value while balancing both current and future customer needs.
  • Drive the team to be empathetic to our customers while also making data driven decisions. Identify and represent customer needs and the barriers to their success. Prioritize the cross-team roadmap and set measurable goals, balancing customer value delivered for the engineering investment.
  • Mentor your team of product managers by providing guidance and coaching to ensure their individual success, as well as the overall success of the team. This includes: setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and promoting an innovative team culture of build, learn and iterate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, and product marketing to ensure flawless delivery of product features. Facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
What you need to succeed
  • 8+ years of web-based product management experience with 2+ years managing product managers. Preferred: ecommerce or marketplace experience
  • Proven track record of delivering cross team features or products and measuring impact and success.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to help drive alignment and forward progress.
  • Natural tendencies include: planning long term and delivering short term, data driven, critical thinking, and systems thinking.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $153,600 -- $297,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
