POSITION SUMMARY The Meeting Production Specialist is rounded and experienced in commercial audiovisual systems with the ability to excel under limited supervision. The Meeting Production Specialist has a deep command of conference room AV systems and various, virtual collaboration platforms, accompanied by a real-world understanding of the challenges our customers experience in a hybrid meeting environment. This ideal candidate possesses advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills with a concierge level of customer service. They are well versed in all aspects of government-based, virtual webinar coordination with the ability to schedule and effectively communicate a clear plan, leading to a successful event. This Specialist must be able to lead projects and small teams of 1-3 technicians ensuring projects are completed timely and accurately. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
