Job Summary: Belden is seeking a New Product Industrialization Engineer (N-PIE) to play a key role in the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing. This position will be reporting to the Fiber Cable Engineering Manager. In this role, you will be a primary representative for product industrialization within cross-functional teams, ensuring an effective transition from development to manufacturing across North American facilities. Based at our cable plant in Syracuse, NY, you will be responsible for facilitating cooperation between product development, supply chain, manufacturing, and external suppliers. Your focus will be on improving manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to ensure reliable and efficient production for new product introductions. You will also partner with the quality, production, and maintenance teams to establish procedures, methods, and specifications to ensure product quality standards. What you bring:
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $85,200 - $127,800plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
