About This Role:

The Data Partner is an important new role that supports the new Forrester Decisions research products. This position is responsible for direct client engagement and content creation utilizing Forrester's survey data. This includes leading Guidance Inquiry calls with clients who request custom cuts of data seen in Forrester's published research. Additionally, the Data Partner will also closely collaborate with Research colleagues to create survey data-focused Data Snapshots that will be available to all Forrester Decisions clients. The Data Partner will report into the newly established Manager, Data Engagement and reside in the Research Analytics group.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with colleagues on the ACS team to create client-ready PowerPoint or Excel files that address clients' custom data requests.
  • Write business-focused insights based on the results of the custom data requested by clients.
  • Lead Guidance Inquiry calls to walk through the insights and data requested by the client.
  • Collaborate with Research colleagues to ensure that guidance provided in Inquiry calls aligns with strategic Forrester Decisions research.
  • Create and lead publication process of Data Snapshots to be published on Forrester.com.
  • Contribute to process, service-level, and collaborative ecosystem best practice discussions for Guidance Inquiry and Data Snapshot delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • At least one year supporting Consumer and/or Business Technographics clients as an Analytics Client Manager.
  • Comfort operating in a consistently evolving environment.
  • Experience translating complex quantitative analysis into simple, business-focused stories.
  • Superior communication skills and a proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations.
  • Ability to effectively guide internal and external clients even in situations where limited context is given.
  • Proven ability to successfully balance client and internal responsibilities.

Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition, with the exception of New York City. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate's primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials. Base salary range: $71,000-115,000

Base salary range for New York City, NY: $81,000 - 133,000
