What's the role?
The Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for attracting, identifying and assessing talent through non- application sources to Hilti North America (HNA) to meet the business's needs. Talent Sourcing Partners work with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Acquisition Management, HR and business leaders to identify immediate, future and long-term hiring goals, and to build creative strategies to fulfill those roles through immediate talent sourcing and long-term talent community and pipeline building.

What does the role involve?
- Manage the active and proactive sourcing process for assigned profiles, including:
- Creating and implementing advanced talent sourcing strategies based on available resources, and requesting new resources when necessary
- Building and maintaining talent pools in a CRM
- Screening candidates for potential opportunities
- Presenting sourced candidates for available positions, including packaging submittals and recommending compensation for hiring manager review
- Advising junior recruitment specialist when sourcing strategy support is needed
- Building relationships with professional organizations for the attraction and acquisition of talent
- Partner with business leaders, HR Partners and Talent Acquisition colleagues to fully understand the requirements of an assigned profile and ways to identify and screen the most qualified candidates, presenting candidates for positions that meet those criteria.
- Utilize well established and cutting-edge sourcing techniques to generate qualified diverse candidate pools. Lead improvements to acquire new talent by initiating high quality, cost efficient alternative recruitment strategies.
- Regularly follow-up with stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, candidate profiles, and market-specific needs.
- Contribute to global and North American projects related to Talent Sourcing, including but not limited to, recruiter competency building, systems optimization, candidate and talent community data, candidate experience and talent attraction.
- Comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all recruiting and hiring practices.
- Maintain all pertinent application and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Additional duties as assigned.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of talent acquisition experience, required.
- Work collaboratively and supports efforts of the team.
- Possess self-leadership skills: independent, comfortable working with limited direction and seeking more direction if needed.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage tasks, including multiple assigned profiles.
- Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring top level talent.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess a high degree of analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to utilize creative and innovative approaches in problem solving.
- Demonstrates strong influencing skills.
- Ability to promote Hilti through professional networking opportunities.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or French/English) skills are a plus.
- Sourcing or recruiting certifications are a plus.
