Here's how you will impact Ingevity:

• Reviewing resumes and actively sourcing for qualified candidates using Indeed and other job posting sites
• Conducting first round interview screenings to gauge qualifications for maintenance and production hourly roles
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers for onsite interviews
• Schedule and greet candidates for onsite interviews
• Extend offers and conduct pre-employment process (drug screen and background check)
• Additional employee relations duties as assigned

Here is what you'll need to succeed in this role:

• High school diploma required
• At least 3 years of hourly recruiting experience is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams preferred
• Positive mindset and energy required

Position Details:

• Position will be onsite in Greenville, Alabama
• 20-25 hours per week
• Contract ~1 year
