Requirements and Preferences

Work Schedule	Monday - Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm); hybrid
Other Work/Responsibilities	Collaborate with the Communications Specialist and program teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies. Create, edit, and manage content for periodicals, newsletters, websites, marketing materials, video scripts, and presentations. Assist in producing publications and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. Support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance engagement. Assist with website updates, content management, and basic web development tasks.
Minimum Experience/Education	Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum Years of Experience: 1
Department Required Skills	Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail. Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tool
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education	The ideal candidate has a graphic design background with html and CSS understanding, is a creative thinker, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
