Vice President, Integrated Insights & Acceleration

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic, highly analytical Vice President of Integrated Insights & Acceleration to drive insight delivery across our segments and act as a strategic transformation partner. This hands-on, executive-level role leads the integration of consumer, shopper, market, category, and performance insights across the business - drawing from a variety of internal and external data sources - turning data into actionable intelligence that fuels client impact. The role also partners with leadership and key functions to drive the transformation and modernization of the broader insights and analytics strategy.

You'll work at the intersection of insights, analytics, data, and technology - accelerating a function that's business-embedded, client-impacting, and becoming future-ready. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an executor: equally comfortable influencing executives, building trust, leading teams, developing tools, partnering with technical teams and solution providers, deploying AI-enabled technologies, and delivering compelling insights at a fast pace, driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive our integrated analytics strategy, collaborating across business units towards data-driven insights that propel our client and customers business forward. Develop ways of working that ensure insight unlock at fast pace across business units.

Lead key strategic partnerships with service providers, establishing collaboration and value creation roadmap, driving successful solution implementation and usage. Guide internal alignment and successful implementation of new tools and approaches.

Partner with internal technology teams in developing and implementing products and solutions that drive insight efficiencies, increased teammate productivity, value for our clients and customers and competitive advantage. Evaluate and implement AI-driven tools and next-generation insight technologies.

Champion high-exposure executive insight engagements, demonstrating a hands-on and collaborative approach across different company departments, demonstrating outstanding story and collateral crafting.

Lead a group of associates supporting analytic and insight delivery for different business units and support functions, including business development, client management, and commercial teams - translating research and data into clear, actionable strategies that support sales, marketing, innovation, and client teams, informing their strategy and strengthening partnerships.

Collaborate on RFPs, pitch support, and commercial proposals-translating insights into differentiated, data-backed value propositions.

Lead a unified insights agenda spanning consumer behavior, shopper journeys, category performance, and commercial opportunity areas. Build a high-performing insights and analytics practice with deep fluency in CPG, retail, and e-commerce. Embed insights into business rhythms, go-to-market plans, and strategic planning processes

Act as a thought partner to the SVP to co-lead the redesign and harmonization of the insights function's operating model, tools, and organizational design. Champion a culture of insight-led thinking, curiosity, and data fluency across the organization.

Who You Are

    12+ years of combined experience in Analytics, Consumer Insights, Category Management, or Commercial Strategy, Management Consulting.
  • Proven experience delivering high-impact insights supporting client management, business development or revenue generation functions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to collaborate across C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of CPG, Retail, B2B, and e-commerce dynamics.
  • Experience evaluating and deploying AI-powered tools and innovative analytics platforms
  • Track record of functional transformation, operating model redesign, and team development
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, PE-backed type environments with high expectations for impact, speed, and value creation.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Drive, develop, and work to deliver Pitch and Account Strategy in partnership with Customer and Business Development Leaders
  • Drive Agency positioning to ensure storylines continue to evolve.
  • Thought Leadership through white papers, prominence, etc.
  • Partner with Planning and Insights team to ensure that all client and customer responses are squarely grounded in business and industry insights
  • Create Best Practices on Pitch, Account, and Customer Development responses
  • Partner with Business Development Leaders and internal business segments to drive integrated pitch responses
  • Actively develop thought leadership content and opportunities for the Division
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans which formally identify additional business opportunities and specific ways to strengthen our service delivery with our clients

Team Leadership

  • Responsible for cultivating an environment where proactive, creative, and best demonstrated knowledge sharing is de rigueur amongst team
  • Lead, manage, coach, and hold accountable any direct reports to ensure highly effective and efficient processes and/or team collaboration
  • Oversee management of staff priorities, workload balancing/utilization, employee recognition/rewards, and routine staff professional development to keep turnover at a minimum and staff morale high

Client and Customer Management

  • Ensure all work product is delivered on-time, on-scope, and delivers measurable value that maximizes client satisfaction
  • Routinely nurture and cultivate key stakeholder relationships, ensuring they have proactive visibility to the capabilities, tools, and resources available to them across the Company enterprise.
  • Consistently and actively develop and nurture relationships with clients and customers, and respond to their needs through insight creation and delivery
  • Be an advocate of the RAVE process, working to reinforce the importance of value creation measurement with clients, customers, and associates

Achieve P&L Targets

  • Manage business unit resources to deliver EBIDTA objective

Forecasting

  • Ability to anticipate future market changes so that resources can be adjusted accordingly; including planning for new revenue growth as well as customer shifts/consolidations

Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports
- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports
- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

  • Travel and Driving are essential duties and function of this job
  • Travel up to 40%

Minimum Qualifications

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): B.A.|B.S. in marketing, math, statistics, or economic fields; MBA, MS or relevant work experience preferred

Field of Study/Area of Experience:

  • 10+ years in sales and marketing CPG or food brokerage organization
  • 5-10 years successfully managing a P&L, budgeting and forecasting, and managing client expectations either personally or through a team
  • 10+ years managing direct reports; reporting directly to VP or C-level executive
  • Experience in Brand Management, Customer Management, Category Management, and Shopper Marketing a plus

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Well-organized and strong attention to detail and accuracy
