Business Operations Specialist Intern - Summer 2025

We're seeking a curious, motivated, and creative self-starter with a passion for Operations and Process Management to join the Juniper Global Services Operations team. This role offers a unique chance to delve into Quote-to-Cash Services Business processes, deepen your understanding of business operations, and make meaningful contributions towards critical process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct informational interviews to gather insights
• Gain a detailed understanding of how the business operates and transacts on a global scale
• Create comprehensive, end-to-end process documentation
• Identify inefficiencies & improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to streamline processes

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or Analytics, graduating in Dec 2025 or in 2026
• Strong ability to conduct information interviews and synthesize information effectively
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills
• A proven track record of taking initiative and being resourceful
• Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
• Effective time management skills

• Prior 2+ years of business experience in quoting, opportunity management & renewal business processes
• Hands-on experience with CPQ and CRM applications such as SFDC, SAP and Oracle
• Working knowledge of master & transactional data related to Contacts, Accounts, Partners, Products, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Install Base and Contracts/Agreements
• Familiarity with data analysis tools & techniques, including experience with SQL

Minimum Salary: $58,431.86

Maximum Salary:$83,996.32

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $58,431.86 and $83,996.32/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
