Job Summary
As a Patient Service Representative, you will help to ensure that patients and their families receive warm, friendly, and considerate assistance. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff in the department and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. These include interviewing, registering, admitting, updating, and creating patients' medical records; performing accurate and timely processing of all professional/technical fees generated by department providers. We are looking for someone sensitive and helpful, with excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality service.
