Integrated Master Scheduler - Development Programs

At this time, SCI is recruiting highly qualified candidates whose background and career goals meet our needs for the following position in Huntsville, AL. Please note that due to Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

DoD scheduling experience required

Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field

• Responsible for creating Integrated Master Schedules for all SCI Product Developmentprograms
• Coordinates, leads, develops, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans andschedules for complex proposals, projects, programs and change driven activities
• Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans, schedules, change andbaseline management, processes, and techniques considered to be best practiceacross the industry
• Responsible for the maintenance, coordination, and briefing of all associated schedules
• Must interface with a multi-discipline team including program managers, engineering,and external customers
• Create Summary Schedules that communicate and summarize the detailed IMS.
• Knowledgeable of product-oriented Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and able toadvise program managers on how to best structure their WBS and Integrated Master
• Schedule (IMS) to facilitate EVM integration and rollup
• Use Agile Methodology to plan out software development activities and integrate intothe IMS
• Is a Subject Matter Expert in the fields of Program Planning & Scheduling, the use ofscheduling tools like MS Project and Deltek Open Plan
• Provide schedule analysis and highlight potential schedule risks that may affect theprogram
• Assist management in performing and meeting program and contractual requirementsrelated to the IMS and associated reporting
