This role offers a range of $110,000 to $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.

We are seeking a Technical Project Specialist to work with us. This person willreporttothe Director of Technical Service for performance of assigned functions, and works with Technical Development Specialist, Technical Service Reps, Sales, R&D (ink and printing system hardware), and operations to prioritize and coordinate technical projects. The person in this role will be required to travel domestically up to 50%. As a Tech Project Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Coordinatingworkwith multidisciplinary teams (Sales, Product Management, R&D, Operations) to drive and deliver technical projects.
• Workingdirectly with key customers on technical development projects.
• Maintainingproject plans to ensure key tasks are identified. Maintainingassociated work products including Work Instructions, Flow Charts, Technical Data and other technical documents.
• On-site troubleshooting and customer support.
• Gathering feedback from sales and end users to maximize the value of deliverables.
• Reviewingand mitigatingproject risks.

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• Have a Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4-year college or equivalent experience in project management and/or technical development.
• Have experience with writing technical documents.
• Be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.
• Have the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Have the ability and willingness to travel.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Effectively communicate with peers and customers.
• Have excellent written andreading comprehension.
• Calculate figures and amounts (discounts, interest, commissions, %, proportions, volume, etc.); apply concepts of algebra and geometry.

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Previous ink industry experience
• Bi-Lingual Preferred.
