Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collaboration Manager to provide operational support for our Amazon business. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining processes to support existing business, with a focus on creating predictive planning models, supply replenishment, and finished goods inventory. This role is part of a high-performance team whose objective is to achieve industry-leading operations. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, supply commits, inventory planning, and close collaboration with cross-functional groups such as business planning, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams all of which are necessary to achieve key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supply planning processes to support assigned clients and maintain WOI thresholds.
  • Oversee finished goods management and replenishment of supply to meet customer demands.
  • Build predictive models using historical run rates and anticipated sales out plans.
  • Utilize Power BI to build and analyze data models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer collaboration projects.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the areas of supply chain, planning, or operations.
  • Experience in building predictive models and using Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform quickly and adapt as market dynamics change.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, operationally disciplined, and initiative-driven, focused on continuous improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with Amazon or a similar e-commerce platform is preferred.
  • Knowledge of replenishment management and finished goods management.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Anaplan, JDA, and SAP S/4HANA
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills are essential for all internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of a an organization, ability to explain critical concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.
