Join our team as a Sales Operations Manager!Your mission is to drive operational excellence, scale business processes, and deliver innovative solutions to foster growth and ensure total account ownership of our End User Partner Programs. With a relentless improvement and extreme ownership mindset, you'll enhance the user experience for our field sales teams and external partners, achieving both company and financial targets.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales leadersto define program vision and strategies that align with sales goals and company objectives
  • Leverage analyticsto measure, prepare, and present program performance updates to key stakeholders
  • Engage with key stakeholdersto understand pain points, identify opportunities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that drive program growth and scalability
  • Ensure operational excellencethroughout the entire End User Partner Program lifecycle, from partner initiation to servicing
  • Manage data collection and qualityto enable informed and effective decision-making
  • Lead a high-performing Sales Operations teamby providing clear direction and prioritizing tasks to drive results

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years in sales operations or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degreein business, finance, marketing, or a related field
  • Must be available to work onsite at the office 4-5 days a week
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and/or similar analytic tools, CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate effectivelywith other departments and upper management
  • Innovative problem solverwith a strong sense of urgency

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $83,000.00 - $168,000.00*

*The base salary is determined by various factors, some of which may include, but are not limited to, experience and tenure, qualifications, skills, and performance. This position may be eligible for additional compensations based on location.
