Main responsibilities * Direct the creation of accurate and timely, and complete Financial Results & Analysis in support of measuring and understanding the ongoing operational performance from actual results versus the budget year over year. Communicate the projected impact of the results to create forward looking business plans. * Provide organizational and operations advice to the SECC team to support the future sustainability of the business. * Assure the accurate valuation, reporting and protection of Company Assets to assure a fair calculation of Capital Employed by the manufacturing operation. * Assure the effective management and control of cash, AP and AR positions (credit limit and overdue control and analysis) to optimize cash flow while minimizing risk. * Leading the EfG initiatives in order to meet the budget and KPIs. * Manage the PM and Non-PM inventory with a focus on accuracy and cost effectiveness and make sure no metal exposure. * Focus on the control of capital employed to manage sustainable inventories that manage the risk of obsolescence or slow-moving inventory and credit risks. * Develop production controls to manage the days on inventory at appropriate levels to react to short lead times in growing markets. * Implement systems to manage the information flow to coordinate communications to ensure on time delivery of the correct product. * Ensure Umicore policies and MICR's are applied to daily activities. * Make sure TP compliance. * Financial evaluation for New Business or new quotation Education and/or Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
